Cebu Football Tournament: 5th ECCP Soccer Cup

ECCP spokesperson Ms. Erlina Reroma recently released an update through email about the 5th ECCP Soccer Cup. The email goes:

Dear All:

We wish to inform everyone that the 5th ECCP Soccer Cup will be moved to 1st Quarter next year around March or April.
